History
We have been serving the Tampa Bay and New Port Richey areas since 1987. The name of the company was Seven Springs Realty. We were on site agents for USX Development at Seven Springs Golf and Country Club. After selling out the villas at the country club we then expanded and changed the company name to Unique Properties to better serve both our residental and commercial investment inquiries.
Agents
We have seventeen agents in two offices. They are high caliber professionals with diversed backgrounds. Some are former educators, executives, travel agent and CEO-vice president of a major development company. They are all committed to the Business of Real Estate.
Office and Staffs
Our office is fully equipped with an integrated networks of computer and communication systems. We have instant access to all the Multiple Listing Services, the Public Record Searches, and other tools and services that our agents need in order to better serve you.
We also have three full time office staff members to accommodate all your needs. They help coordinate meetings, set schedules, answer your calls when your agent is not available, and they are your personal couriers to ensure the timely processing and delivery of all your documents. | |
